Effective date: this page is updated whenever these terms change; check back periodically. 1. Accounts. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. 2. Content and claims. Authors may claim unclaimed book listings that are genuinely theirs; false claims may be reversed and the account suspended. Content you post (covers, trailers, highlights, Notebook posts) must be yours to share or properly licensed. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. 3. Craft orders (creative services). All Craft orders (Trailer, Cover, Poster, Bundle) are final once submitted: no edits, no cancellations, and no refunds after submission. Each order includes one revision round; that revision is final. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. See our Manuscript Confidentiality policy for how submitted materials are handled. 4. Buy links. Some outbound "Buy" links are affiliate links (e.g. Amazon Associates); we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through them at no extra cost to you. 5. Acceptable use. Do not use the platform to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform security. 6. Disclaimer and liability. The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law. 7. Changes.
